The body wash is completely different from the previous version. The quality has seriously deteriorated. The scent is extremely cheap and unpleasant, and the formula has also become much more watery. It is nothing like the product I purchased before. I stocked up and bought 3 bottles, and now I honestly don’t even know how I’m supposed to use them because the quality is so bad. I want a full refund for these products. It feels like you lowered the price to increase sales, but at the same time, you have seriously compromised the quality of the product. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. If this is the quality you are going to provide, then you have completely lost me as a customer. I will not purchase this product again. Please take responsibility for the significant change in quality and process my refund.
